🔄 Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return shipping has a flat cost of $5, which will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, email us at support@athenaura.com.
Once approved, we will send you:

👉 A prepaid return shipping label
👉 Simple return instructions

Important: Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

We will immediately replace your item or issue a full refund.

We cannot accept returns on:

For exchanges, simply return the original item.
Once your return is processed, you can place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take 3–7 business days to complete the process.
