At Athenaura Phone Cases, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 12 hours, cancellations may still be possible, but a shipping and/or processing fee may apply if your order has already been prepared or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time to the United States: 10–14 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods).


Shipping Fees

Shipping is not free.

Our international shipping fee ranges between $29–$39 USD, depending on your location.

This fee covers:

International delivery costs

Carrier handling

Tracking & logistics

Shipping insurance

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Tracking updates may take additional time depending on the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@athenaura.com.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

In some cases, you may be required to contact the shipping carrier directly for additional information or to proceed with an investigation

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped internationally. In rare cases, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your location.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
